Pixel communication wanted a fresh brand to promote their offshore marketing analysis company. This way way before the famous letter logos that Adobe came up with. No I'm not saying Adobe copied this logo obviously, but P.Comm had to change their logo after Adobe made letter logos famous everyone and the job of a logo is to stand out not to be just one of the others which was a shame.

Apart from this, there was also connectors to 3rd party providers, such as random number generators, and a whole back-end for managing the parameters of the game in conjunction with all the gaming laws.
After spending the best part of 6 months working on this project and countless of hours around 25% more than contracted (which is normal and expected) I made the mistake of developing on the client's server instead of a testing server in house as usual. However this was my downfall.
The client could not understand the mechanics of the web services and locked me out of the servers essentially stealing all my code. This project has not been paid and will never be paid.
After all this, I had to recourse to legal proceedings as this client opened up a website just to shame my name and my work, until I finally managed to win in court and he had to close the website down. Alebit , he was never found and i am still not paid for this project. This project also cost me thousands of euros in loss of revenue as well as countless amount of slander on my name and my work.
After all that I am still proud to know that I can develop a casino level game on my own with all the coding, platforms, design, animations, sound etc. I have realise that I have truly achieved the full stack developer status and hence why its part of my proud portfolio.

Fortunately the goal was reached, the brand and business were sold to a larger global cruise operator..
This was a sub-contracted project and another project that had a very strict project brief. However, that is part of the work and the most important thing, that the project was delivered on time and on budget.

I have built a 1:1 scale BB-8 Droid from the movie, Star Wars the Force awakens.
This was a 2 month poject and it featured in the MRO of 2016. The project started by downloading and 3D Printing the skin files available from the BB8 Builders Club, after all the printing was done which turns out to be over 600 hours of printing. The sanding and finishing of the 3D printed parts, However the skins are only the beginning. The chassis was built on a design of Daniel Castillo from the BB8 Builders club which was 3D Printed and laser cut from 4mm plywood and assembled with over 400 screws and nuts.
Then come the mechanics and electronics, the mechanics were designed on what I call JAMES CAD, which is basically a piece of paper and a pen. and the items were transformed into the mechanical drive.
